The agency CARROZ IMMOBILIER was established in 1985. Since then, in order to provide a comprehensive offering to our clients, we have developed the activities of transactions, seasonal rentals, and property management. Mastering these three activities allows us to better assist you in your projects in our mountain resorts.

 

Historically based in the Carroz resort, our property management activity has expanded to neighboring resorts such as Samoëns and Flaine.

 

Starting September 1, 2024, drawing on our experience, we are opening a secondary establishment in Argentière and soon in Chamonix under the name Alpes & Chalets Syndic.

 

As the name suggests, this new structure will primarily focus on property management.

 

Our motto is to facilitate your stay as a tenant or owner in our resorts.
