Property rental management

Serenity – trust – expertise

Are you a property owner of a chalet or an apartment in the mountains?

Renting out your property on a seasonal basis can offer you numerous benefits:

✓ Prevent your property from being completely closed,

✓ Ensure regular maintenance,

✓ Generate additional income.

Additionally:

✓ Help new clients discover our resort,

✓ Contribute to the development of the resort, which will increase the value of your investment.

Choosing to rent an apartment or a chalet in the mountains for vacation is becoming increasingly popular among holidaymakers.

This allows for a more friendly and flexible vacation experience compared to staying in a hotel.

Entrust management to a local expert

With the success of short-term rentals, working with a professional for property management offers many advantages:

✓ comprehensive management of the accommodation

✓ a maximum occupancy rate to ensure profitability

✓ no burdens for the owner

✓ regular maintenance of the property

Several services will be offered to adapt to the type of your property as well as to your needs as an owner.

For most seasonal rentals, owners often find themselves far from the property. It can be challenging to manage tenant arrivals, scheduling, cleaning between stays, inspections, etc. This is where property management becomes essential.

Manage your seasonal rental with Carroz Immobilier

With over 35 years of experience in property management in Carroz since 1985, we offer you a quality service tailored to your needs.

After visiting your property, we will provide a rental estimate to determine your net income based on low, high, and mid-season weeks.

Subsequently, we will establish a management mandate that will be numbered and recorded in our management mandate register. This mandate will automatically renew each year. To do this, we ask you to provide us with:

✓ a proof of ownership

✓ a detailed inventory

✓ if possible, a floor plan of the property

✓ if possible, a surface area certificate
