All our condominiums are managed with separate bank accounts, and each co-owner has access to an intranet where they can view their account and key condominium documents (condominium rules, maintenance log, meeting minutes, etc.).

We offer you the “SYND!” app for smartphones and Android, developed by our service provider TIMCI. This app allows you to access your account and all your condominium documents directly from your mobile device.

With our extensive experience, we are opening a secondary office, ALPES & CHALETS SYNDIC, in the Chamonix Valley.
